I just found the coolest app for my iPhone: Runkeeper. To stay fit and control my weight, I go running two or three times a week, and although I think it's useful, it has never been any fun. Cue Runkeeper, which allows you to keep track of the amount of running you do, your distances, your speed and the calories you burn. Even better, it sets personal scores and records, and you can join friends in what they call a streetteam, to see how they are doing.

Furthermore, it doesn't end with running. I like cycling and swimming as well, and Runkeeper keeps track of those activites for me as well. Finally a good reason to work out!
